"Keep Calm and Carry On" was a poster produced by the British government in 1939 during the beginning of the Second World War, intended to raise the morale of the British public in the event of invasion. It had only limited distribution, so was little known. The poster was rediscovered in 2000 ... and now graces the front of these 4" x 4" natural stone tumbled tiles.
Tiles can be used as a coaster for your drinks, hung on the wall for unique wall art or sitting pretty in an easel to decorate any corner of your room. If you prefer to use them as a coaster, please let me know when ordering so I can attach felt "feet" to the back of the tile. If you wish to use as wall art, you can attach 3M Command Strip to the back, then hang on your wall (not included).
This listing is for the tile in photo 1 ... all other tiles are for sale in separate listings.
These tiles are not stamped ... the designs are printed on tissue paper, then decoupaged to the tiles. The process is very tedious as we all know how delicate tissue paper can be. Each tile has at least two layers of mod podge, then coated with a thick layer of polyurethane for a beautiful, glossy shine!
Each tile is very unique ... no two will ever be the same.
Usually ships within 1 to 2 days.
Thank you for taking the time to see what I have to offer!
